I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crans-Montana! the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The basic amenities in the room were just what I needed, and the view from my room on the third floor was outstanding - I could see the Alps right from my window! Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including vegan choices which was a pleasant surprise.

All was perfect during my stay, no improvements needed.

The view from the room was beautiful too, and the hotel offered convenient rides to and from the slopes.

The hotel staff made copies of our travel documents, which seemed unusual and made us uncomfortable. , we missed having an in-room tea kettle, which would have been a nice touch.
