From the outside, the hotel didn't seem like much, but once inside I was transported back in time, like a toned down Wes Anderson film. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the concierge provided excellent service, and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel's location was great for exploring the lake and the old town, and the food was amazing. The decor was a real Art Deco gem and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. a real find and I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome. the spacious room and comfortable bed added to my overall experience. the fact that the hotel offered a decent breakfast and convenient parking below the hotel were also definite pluses. Moreover, the great towels provided were an added bonus.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the dated decor, especially in the bathroom, could use some renovation.

They provided great advice and directions for exploring the city. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with a bus stop just outside and a free pass provided. This made it easy to get around and explore Geneva. Additionally, the free WiFi in the hotel worked well and was a nice convenience.

The decor of the hotel and rooms was a bit dated and could use an upgrade. the furnishings felt worn out and could be more modern.

The hotel's location in the Champel Area, within an easy walking distance of the old town, is great for a walk to the lake and the Old Town. The rooms with attractive, comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds are old-fashioned and comfortable. The breakfast till 2pm is great with viennoiseries, fruit, cheese, ham, juices.
