Had a great Christmas getaway at this hotel with family. the view from the room was simply stunning - snow-covered mountains and a calm lake. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the freshly baked croissants and warm coffee. the location was perfect - close to the nearby ski slopes and Christmas markets.

The room itself was a bit small and cramped for a family of four, but we managed. the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong, and we had trouble connecting at times.
