The hotel is perfectly located, right opposite the main cable car and close to the village center. We had easy access to everything in the village and could start our day on the first cable car, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and even carrying our luggage. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and the wifi connection was excellent.

One slight downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. Although the temperature was generally pleasant in the mountains, it did get a bit hot in the room at times.

Fabulous dinner and breakfast, great location, panoramic walking routes, spacious upgraded suite with wonderful view and balcony, renovated bathroom with bathtub and nice view.

Not one thing.

We recently took a romantic escape to this hotel and loved it. the breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh options to choose from. the location was great, within walking distance to nearby shops and bars and just a short walk from the main ski lift. We also enjoyed the use of the sauna and jacuzzi after a busy day of skiing - a great way to unwind and relax.

The only downsides to our stay were the lack of coffee making facilities in our room and the temperature being too warm at night, making it difficult to sleep. We should have mentioned it to the staff, who had mentioned that they could adjust the temperature to our liking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff made me feel right at home and the family atmosphere was very comforting. The rooms were clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. The view of the mountains from the hotel was breathtaking. The staff were always helpful and friendly, providing information about the area and even helping with luggage. The wifi connection was excellent and the room was cleaned to perfection every day. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The location is great and the service is top-notch.
