I stayed at Alphorn for a short trip and loved it! The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious and cozy, exactly like the photos. I loved having a separate entrance so I didn't disturb anyone. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The service was top-notch, especially from the lovely lady who ensured we had a pleasant stay. If I visit again, I would choose Alphorn without hesitation.

had a wonderful birthday stay in interlaken. alphorn was truly exceptional - warm hospitality, clean rooms, and delicious swiss breakfast. previously stayed here multiple times, but this time they truly outdid themselves. highly recommend!

We stayed at Alphorn Hotel for 3 days in early August. Perfect location near Interlaken West station and Lake Thun boat dock. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and cute hotel with good breakfast. Luggage storage available. Conveniently close to Migros and Co-op.

Nothing not too like.

We had a fantastic stay at a convenient, friendly, and clean hotel in a great location. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and kettle, and the staff was always ready with helpful advice. The hotel even provided a local transport pass. we highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

In terms of value for money, my stay at Hotel Alphorn was excellent. The room was clean, cosy, and had a cute blue and white decor. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff, especially the owner Christine, were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been better with some hot food options.

The ensuite bathroom was tiny, probably the smallest we've ever encountered during our travels. You practically had to squeeze in sideways and the shower was barely big enough for an adult.
