We stayed in this hotel for a few days and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. The staff are also excellent, accommodating all of our requests and providing excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with all the shopping streets and malls just a few steps away. We were surrounded by the best shopping options, from Fahreinheit shopping mall to the famous Pavilion Mall. The hotel staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. They even accommodated our request for late check-out without any additional cost. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a leisure spa & wellness centre with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service added to the convenience and overall enhanced our stay.

You will have endless shopping opportunities right at your doorstep, surrounded by malls, stores, and places to eat. The metro is also just a few meters away, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers free wifi and effective air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is known for their helpfulness and great service, going above and beyond to assist guests.

One downside is that some of the sockets in the rooms were not functioning properly, which can be an inconvenience for charging electronic devices.

Spent XMAS here and the cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel is located right in the heart of the city with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. the rooftop view was also pretty nice to take in.

The room was pretty disappointing. It was quite small and cramped.
