We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the ski lifts and train station just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially in the spa. The breakfast was tasty and they even catered to my wife's vegan diet. The hotel itself had a stunning design and the bar had amazing drinks. we would highly recommend this place to our friends.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning mountain views from my room and the delicious breakfast options. The location was perfect for skiing as the slopes were just a short walk away. Additionally, the indoor salt water swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day on the mountain.

The bathrooms were quite small and outdated. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and some of them struggled to communicate in English. The Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable at times. I think the hotel could use some updates and improvements in terms of amenities and customer service.
