The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the famous Dragon bridge and other bridges in the city. Being right in front of the Han river, we enjoyed beautiful views from our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the river and the dragon bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, showing us where to have breakfast and providing a good underground parking space for our motorcycles.

The hotel could have provided more information about tourist attractions and public transport.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff were polite and helpful, always serving with a smile. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the river side and Dragon bridge, as well as bars and coffee shops. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Han River. the breakfast was filling and offered both Vietnamese and Western options. I had a happy stay at Happy Day Hotel & Spa.

Stayed in a room with a great view of the river and the sunrise was amazing. the hotel is conveniently located near the dragon bridge, Han market, and many restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could use improvement, especially the quality of the food. the bathroom in my room needed a bit of refreshing.

I traveled solo and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was fantastic, near all the eating and entertainment areas, and centrally located. The balcony in my room was perfect for enjoying the stunning evening views and sounds. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were comfortable and well appointed. The highlight was being able to watch the dragon on the bridge breathing fire and water at 9 pm on weekends.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff at Happy Day Hotel & Spa went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They decorated our room for our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise. Despite not having a window, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Although there was a musty smell, the staff made up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. We were also impressed with the location, as it was conveniently close to attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

We loved the location near the riverfront with its stunning view of the dragon bridge. The staff provided excellent customer service, giving us suggestions for places to visit and even helping us solve our dilemma of limited time by suggesting a car rental for a self-guided tour. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

We felt totally at home during our stay, as the staff at Happy Day Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the local market, enjoy the beautiful view of the river, and visit nearby bars and restaurants. the staff were very helpful, assisting us in organizing transportation to nearby tourist destinations.

There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy. the cleanliness of the windows was not up to par.
