The hotel is located on one of the most stunning mountains I have ever experienced. From the room, we had breathtaking views of the Eiger, the Monk, and charming Swiss meadows. The cable car to the summit of Rigi was conveniently close by, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with jaw-dropping views. The breakfast offered a traditional Swiss experience, and the restaurant served delicious meals.

The bathroom was quite small, making it difficult for taller guests to sit on the toilet comfortably.

I had the most wonderful stay at Bergsonne Rigi. The views of the lake and mountains were absolutely breathtaking. One of my favorite moments was when Pascal, the manager, personally arranged a private dinner for me and my fiance while we went to get food and wine. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves, which made it such a special and romantic experience. The guest card they provided also gave us great discounts on trains and cable cars in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Pascal and Rosa, made us feel at home.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Rigi area, on probably the most beautiful mountain I've ever experienced. From the rooms with a small terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of the surroundings. The staff is very attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of nice toppings, making it a delightful start to the day.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

Great views and location. the hotel is located in an ideal spot, with stunning views of the lake. the Italian restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, serving delicious pizzas. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the accessibility to nearby hiking trails made our stay even better.

In need of renovation. the hotel rooms looked old and outdated, in desperate need of renovation.
