I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right by the lake. The room was spacious with high ceilings and well-equipped, including a luxurious bubble bath. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the serene lake. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the spa and relaxation room.

The staff's attitude at the pool was unprofessional and they did not allow my wife to wear a covered swimsuit, despite receiving conflicting information from the spa manager.

During my recent stay at a beautiful hotel in Vevey, I was delighted to find that the rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished. I stayed in a deluxe room on the fourth floor, which offered a breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony. The location of the hotel right on the waterfront was perfect for sightseeing and taking trams to nearby attractions like Chillon Castle and Montreux. Additionally, the hotel provided a smartphone for local calls and online references, which was very convenient. The renovated palace turned hotel exuded a charming 19th-century ambiance, adding to the overall charm of my stay.

While I had an excellent stay at the hotel, there were a couple of minor issues. I would have appreciated having an espresso machine or tea/coffee maker in the room for added convenience.

This venue is luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need during my stay. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna were all highlights, along with the stunning sun terrace and garden area. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant, bar, and throughout the hotel. Moreover, the restaurant served delicious food, and the continental breakfast provided was of great quality. I also appreciated the easy beach access and being just a short walk away from many local attractions.

While my stay was enjoyable, I did find a minor issue with the spa lounge being a bit overcrowded during peak times. However, this didn't affect my overall experience, as there were still plenty of other amenities to enjoy.

We enjoyed some of the views provided by the hotel, as well as the amazing spa that was offered. The hotel's location was also a plus, it offered easy access to many nearby attractions.

Our experience was ruined by the poor service and terrible attitude of the staff. Despite the hotel's amenities, we were not able to fully enjoy our stay due to the unpleasant interactions we had with the staff.
