We had an absolutely fabulous stay in this wonderful family-run hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the old town, and the panoramic views from our room were stunning. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the option of having dinner at the hotel, which was superbly cooked and offered substitutions for dietary restrictions. The location was perfect, with the ski bus stop conveniently close by for easy access to the slopes. our experience was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend this hotel.

That the hotel seemed a bit understaffed during meal times, which made it challenging for the staff to address all guest inquiries and needs.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a picturesque village. The location is absolutely perfect, right near the Inn River and in the historical town center. You couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the breathtaking nature. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the beautifully refurbished interiors to the cozy rooms with mountain views. The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and taken care of. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it is simply superb, with a wide variety of high-quality food to start your day off right.

We truly couldn't find anything to fault during our stay.

The building was beautiful and the room was clean. the breakfast was also good. the location was great, near a river and in the historical part of town.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming. the hotel was also pretty far from the bus stop and we had to carry our luggage for a long time.
