A lot of surprises.

We enjoyed the complimentary outdoor activities at this themed hotel during our Easter vacation. the animal show was entertaining and the mini golf was fun. the location nestled in the mountains provided fresh air and a beautiful view. the breakfast had a decent variety of food.

The location of this hotel is great. It is right near the restaurant where the music was blasting until 10 pm, which was perfect for our group of friends looking for some nighttime entertainment. Additionally, being next to Puncak wet market was a plus as we could easily access fresh produce and local delicacies. The hotel was also close to Taman Safari and the Safari Park, allowing us to have a fun and adventurous day out. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, providing us with a pleasant stay. The service was top-notch, with staff members like Ronald, Elisah, and Rosadi going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the view from the restaurant, specifically in front of the Meerkat, was a definite plus. The hotel also offered great facilities and room advantages, such as a waterpark, kids activities, and a reasonable price for activities and meals.

The wifi at the hotel, especially at the Leopard, was horrible and not usable during our stay.

Helpful receptionist who recommended a room upgrade. Health protocols in place with good breakfast options. Good location with friendly staff. Nice facilities for children. The hotel offers discounted entrance tickets to Taman Safari.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink and the food served for breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. From my room, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the pools and the majestic mountains in the distance. Surprisingly, the mini-bar in the fridge was fully stocked with fruits and cold drinks, which were provided for free. Additionally, the hotel even offered discounts for entry tickets to the nearby Taman Safari Indonesia, making my stay even more enjoyable.

With its luxurious amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an enhanced level of comfort and quality services.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with wide beds and an enjoyable sofa bed. The balcony provided a nice breath of fresh air. The lights were bright and the shoe storage was a unique and convenient feature. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained well, with good clothes hangers and ample luggage storage. The two rubbish bins were a nice touch and the TV remote worked well. Highly recommended.
