Located in a hill town with a beautiful view of the lake from some guest rooms and restaurant, this hotel offers a comprehensive spa experience and modern facilities for its guests. The half-board menu offers tasty meals that change daily, and English-speaking staff members are accommodating and friendly. The terrace cafe is popular and perfect to enjoy the cool evening air.

Don't expect to drive up to the hotel because of the local market season, which can be an inconvenience. The rooms are small, and no A/C is available, which might cause discomfort during hot seasons. The amenities in the bathroom are below standard, and the outdated TV is from the 1970s. The staff is sometimes noisy early in the morning, and the wake-up call system doesn't work correctly.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a beautiful location with stunning views of the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a wonderful wellness center with a spa and indoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. the service and amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch.

I had a truly refreshing stay at Hotel Heiden. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. The attention to detail was exceptional, including help with my bags and clear directions on where to park. The highlight of my stay was the spacious room with an incredible view of Bodensee. I couldn't help but feel pampered throughout my entire visit. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, both warm and cold, with attentive and friendly staff. The spa amenities, although the fitness room was on the smaller side, were satisfactory and allowed for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The set dinner at the restaurant was mostly good, with a special side offered for my lactose intolerance. Although there were a couple of mishaps with the food, overall, it was enjoyable. The hotel left a positive impression on me, and I would happily recommend it. a different kind of experience that exceeded my expectations.
