staying in randa was great, but klein matterhorn made it even better! perfect location next to train station, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. highly recommended for hikers and families.

our stay at klein matterhorn was incredible. after our previous visit to randa, we had high expectations, and klein matterhorn exceeded them. the owner, mr. macro, was so helpful, even getting us an adapter and retrieving our forgotten bag during a short stop at randa station. his friendliness and willingness to assist really stood out.

Wifi signal was weak.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Randa, just a short walk from the train station. The owner, Marco, was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions and making me feel welcome. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. I enjoyed a delicious meal outside, with stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast in the morning was good, although I wished there were more options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Randa.

Our stay at the hotel was great value for money. The room, although a 2-star, was spacious, newly refurbished, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the start of the hike to the suspension bridge. Additionally, the hotel owner, Mr. Macro, was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The morning meal. While the breakfast was decent and sufficient, it would have been nice to have a variety of Swiss cheeses rather than just one type.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a few aspects of the hotel. the hotel offered a convenient location, being situated right next to the train station. This made it easy for us to travel to nearby towns and attractions. the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were well-equipped, some even having bathtubs. Lastly, we particularly enjoyed the access to the garden area, which provided a pleasant space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

the cleanliness of the property could have been improved, with various items left scattered around the entrance. we encountered some issues with maintenance, such as short curtains that didn't offer adequate privacy and a sink that didn't drain properly.

my second stay in randa was charming, but klein matterhorn blew me away. the passionate staff made our late breakfast a memorable one. the spacious rooms had everything we needed, and the location near the train station was ideal for exploring zermatt.

We also enjoyed the bar and the friendly staff. a pleasant and affordable option for those visiting Zermatt or the Dom area.

As young travelers, we really enjoyed the very kind and helpful staff at this hotel. The quiet location and proximity to Randa station made it easily accessible. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and late evening service were an added bonus. Free parking and the option to leave our car after check-out were convenient amenities. Marco, the owner, was friendly and spoke English well.

Wow! This hotel exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect basecamp for our Alpine adventure. The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right next to the train station and the trail to the suspension bridge. We couldn't believe the value for money compared to other accommodations in the area, and being only 20 minutes away from Zermatt was super convenient. Despite our initial worries about noise, our room was surprisingly quiet with the window closed. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was really good. Plus, having free parking right next to the hotel was a huge plus. Marco, the owner, was incredibly nice and gave us the best advice for our trip. We definitely weren't expecting such an amazing experience from a 2-star hotel, but we were truly blown away!
