This place suits me perfectly! It has everything I need, like good air conditioning, a restaurant, and free Wi-Fi. The kind staff even helped my old parents during our first stay, which I will always remember. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The access to the rooms is a fiasco—those tall stairs are a workout, especially with an injured ankle!!! The old-fashioned decor is a real downer—it's like stepping back in time!!! The lack of an elevator made moving luggage a struggle!!!

the shower had less pressure than a garden hose, and I was forced to carry my bags up steep stairs. expected at least a welcome gift for my troubles, but I guess that’s too much to ask. this was not a five-star experience, just another run-of-the-mill hotel. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff are super friendly, always had a smile and even helped us with local tips. The brekkie was lekker—got a good mix of options. Room was comfy with a nice sea view from the balcony, perfect for those sundowners after a day at the beach!

Just a heads up, the stairs are a killer, especially in the heat—might wanna think twice if you're not fit. Eina!

I stayed here for 4 nights while enjoying Kata Beach, which was just a short walk away. I really appreciated the all-you-can-eat surf and turf night at the restaurant. it was a fun change from traditional Thai food. The room was basic but had everything I needed, including a big fridge stocked with water and a comfortable bed. It was lovely to unwind on the terrace with deck chairs after a day at the beach.

I had an amazing 7-night stay and the location was a dream, just a short walk to the beach! The comfortable bed and the delicious food at the restaurant made each day enjoyable. Plus, the view from the balcony was breathtaking every evening as I watched the sunset!

this place is super chill, just a short walk to kata beach which is awesome. the staff is really friendly and they always got smiles on their faces. rooms are pretty neat and comfy, and i loved the nice smell in the air. the breakfast is included and it's actually tasty with a few options to choose from. oh and that view from the balcony during sunset is just unbelievable!

but the wifi is kinda bad and the bathroom could use some more love, looks a bit cheap. also had a little trouble checkin in.

My stay here was perfect, as it was just a few minutes from kata beach and offered an incredible sea view that I enjoyed each morning while sipping coffee from my room. not to mention, the hotel is surrounded by great dining options and local attractions like Kampon Art Gallery and Kata Beach Community Park, making it super easy for weekend strolls and exploration.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View for 3 nights. The room was super clean and spacious, with a really nice view from the balcony—perfect for watching the sunset! It had everything I needed, like a kettle and a hairdryer. The bed was comfy, but I kinda wished for a softer pillow. The terrace was a great spot to relax after the beach, too!
