The hotel's location was very convenient, just a block away from the beautiful lake and less than a kilometer from the train station in the center of this city. The hotel also provided a pass for free local transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The room was larger than expected for Europe, comfortable, and had a fan in case of hot weather. The hotel offered a wide choice of delicious food for breakfast, including fresh homemade bread, croissants, and local cheeses. The service was highly professional and everyone I encountered was delightful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lucerne and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything and just a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality, nutritious food, including homemade breads and muesli. the hotel had excellent facilities and provided a great value for money.

One minor drawback was that I could occasionally hear people walking above me in the hotel, but it wasn't a major issue.

I loved the charming ambiance of the hotel, with its hand-painted headboards and traditional timber frame building. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a good size desk to work at. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it incredibly hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. the noise from the nearby church clock chiming every hour, as well as the noise from the street, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
