We stayed at a hotel with a great location, just next to the bus stop, which made it really convenient for us to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere after a long day of skiing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. we had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Reine Victoria By Laudinella for a week-long ski trip. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast made for a great start to each day. The added bonus of free entry to the nearby spa allowed for some much-needed relaxation after hitting the slopes. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel right at home, and the large bathtub in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. excellent value for money and an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated in the St Moritz Bad area, which is a bit away from the main town but still within walking distance of the center and the beautiful St Moritz lake. It was also conveniently located near the gondola, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. They provided room service, car hire, and even offered a free shuttle service to the train station. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace, where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had two large bedrooms in one room, perfect for our family. The location was great with a free shuttle and free internet. The gym, pool, and sauna area across the street were a bonus.

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.

During our Christmas stay, we found two complementary facts that were most welcome. we were provided with a transport card that enabled us to use public transport for free, which was great for exploring the nearby areas. we appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to the train station when we left. the hotel's location was excellent too, close to the cable car and with easy access to the public transport. the gym/pool/sauna area was also a plus, and we enjoyed using it.

Another downside was that the hotel only had breakfast available in house, and no room service was offered. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, with milk provided.
