Spacious, clean rooms with walk-in dressing. Great location: 10 mins walk from train station, 15 mins to thermal bath, and bus stop to Pizolbahn nearby. Friendly staff, beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Child-friendly with highchair at breakfast. Perfect for families.

The location of the hotel was great. There was a bus stop just across the street, which allowed us easy access to the ski resort and the hot springs. Our room was also very spacious and modern, with stunning views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and included a child's highchair for our daughter.

there was some confusion about the check-in time, as the hotel's listed time differed from the actual check-in time. This resulted in a slight delay in getting into our room.

the hotel's location in the center of town provided convenience for exploring. The central location allowed us to easily access restaurants, shops, and attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the views of the surrounding mountains from our room, creating a beautiful backdrop for our stay.

Despite multiple attempts, we couldn't adjust the temperature and the hotel staff didn't address the issue. The room ended up being uncomfortably hot, leading to sleepless nights and disrupted mornings due to the loud church bells at 6.30am.

The reception desk manager and staff were extremely helpful, polite, and hospitable. The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, brand-new, and quiet, with fantastic views from the 3rd floor. The bus stop was just across the street, making it easy to get to Pizol for skiing. Tamina Therme was also within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful.

Felt very welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the center of a lovely town. The room was spacious, bright, and had a modern feel to it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite being centrally located, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
