I stayed at Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge Hotel for one night, but the amazing staff and perfect location convinced me to extend my visit for several days. The staff, including Serap, Gülşah, Gürkan, and Ceren. They checked us in early and even upgraded us to a spacious suite room. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the hotel was always clean. The convenient facilities, including ski and snowboard equipment, made our stay even better. The hotel's location at the base of the Palandoken ski resort was ideal for beginners, and we had the slopes to ourselves during the off-season. Totally recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Mr. Mehmet, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right at the base of the ski lifts, making it super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. The breakfast provided was nice and there is also a ski/snowboarding rental place right downstairs, offering private courses as well.

I recently stayed at Dedeman Ski Lodge in Erzurum for 3 nights with my family. We were thrilled with everything about this hotel. Our room was spacious with a balcony, perfect for our twin kids. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was always clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ski area and slopes. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were ski and snowboard equipment available for convenience. a great choice for a winter getaway.

The best aspects of my stay were the fantastic location and the comfortable rooms. The hotel was conveniently located just a minute's walk from the ski slopes and the ski rental, making it easy to hit the slopes in no time. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area from the small balconies. The bed and linens were of high quality, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable.

The worst aspects of my stay were the poor communication of the staff and the limited food options. The staff had a very limited understanding of English, which made it difficult to communicate and get my needs met.

Great hotel for winter getaway. Upgraded room with 2 balconies. Sofa converted to beds. Good heating and hot water. Excellent staff, special compliments to Kubiley, Husseyin, Mehmet. Buffet breakfast with different menu each day. Close to gondola and ski store. Good wifi. Late check-out accommodated. Will recommend and return.

The hotel is conveniently located which made it easy to access the ski slopes. the ski equipment room was really helpful and we appreciated the friendly service there. the breakfast was enjoyable and we were satisfied with the variety of options available. we felt comfortable during our weekend stay.

Some areas of the hotel could use improvement. Some of the staff members had limited English which made it difficult to communicate at times.

There was a mix-up and the hotel insisted on additional payment, which was frustrating. the language barrier was also a challenge, as the reception staff did not speak English well.

The hotel's location is a major advantage for trekkers and group of friends, as it is very close to the ski slopes. Being just a stone's throw away from the slopes makes it convenient and easy to access the top of the mountain. This allows guests to spend more time enjoying their favorite winter activities rather than commuting.

Excellent location, steps away from gondola and chairlift, with beautiful mountain views. Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of tasty dishes. Comfortable and clean room with a balcony and high-quality bedding. Easy access to taxis. Despite language barrier, staff was helpful. Appreciated the hotel's gesture of not charging for missed night.

Close to slopes, varied terrain, off-season had empty slopes, affordable prices, great weather.
