The location of the hotel is perfect, situated wide on the square and just a short walk down to the river. It is also conveniently located on the public bike path across the square, making it easy to explore the city. The square itself is very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-decorated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff provide exceptional service, giving great tips for exploring the city.

The wifi at the hotel can be a bit unreliable at times, but this seems to be a temporary issue.

I had a fantastic stay at the Boutique Hotel Schlussel Seit 1545. The location was perfect, with the river and lake just a short walk away. The hotel itself is situated on a quaint square, adding to its charm. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and hangers provided. The complimentary coffee capsules in the room were a nice touch. Despite the weak WiFi, the staff was helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the heart of Lucerne.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the heart of everything. The location is unbeatable, with the city center and all its attractions just a stone's throw away. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a simple but tasteful design, and some even come with a balcony overlooking Franziskanerplatz. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included in the rate is a definite bonus.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

This hotel provided a great base for exploring the city. Its location was convenient and close to many key attractions. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the outset. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant and the food was truly delicious.

The hotel is a bit outdated and as a result, the wifi connection was less than satisfactory. being an old building, it lacked air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable on hot days.
