We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Railay Princess Resort & Spa-Sha Extra Plus. The property itself is beautiful, with comfortable and clean rooms. The swimming pools were refreshing and the location right on the water was perfect. The breakfast offered a variety of options and we especially enjoyed the delicious pancakes and french toast. The friendly staff and excellent cleaning service added to the overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to both Railay beach and the other beaches. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two swimming pools and a well-maintained garden. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were spacious with a big balcony. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us when my friend's phone stopped working. The breakfast had a varied selection and was delicious.

Beautiful pools, great rooms, and stunning views. Lovely tropical garden by the rear pool. Well-equipped gym and friendly staff. Spacious, airy rooms with balconies and tropical garden views. Convenient location on Railay Island.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was great, just a few minutes walk to the main beach and close to the pier where transfer boats arrive. the two swimming pools were a nice addition, and the spa area was relaxing.

There was a strong smell in parts of the resort, especially in the bathrooms. the rooms could use some updating, particularly the bathrooms.

I also appreciated the complimentary water and the stunning mountain view from my room. The A/C worked well, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel located just after the pier in Railay East. The location was so convenient, as it was directly at the pier where the boats from Krabi arrive. Being in the center of everything made it easy for me to explore the area and visit the two beautiful beaches that were just a short walk away. The room itself was cozy and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. I was also impressed with the on-site spa and wellness center, which allowed me to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Really enjoyed my 10-night stay at Railay Princess Resort And Spa in Krabi. The hotel and surrounding area were fantastic. The food exceeded my expectations and was the best I've had in Thailand. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of options. The infinity pool on the rooftop offered stunning views. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the main drag and the beautiful beach with caves and cliffs.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the fact that they had an awesome rooftop infinity pool with stunning mountain views. Also, the location was perfect, close to the port and on the quieter side of town. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, always responsive to messages and emails.

On the downside, the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was average, not as good as the reviews had led me to believe.
