As foreign tourists, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive service. The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing a thoughtful gift of wine, fruit, and chocolate upon arrival.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The breakfast buffet, Vincent at the front door, and Monica at the Breakfast buffet were all outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We stayed at a beautiful property in the heart of the city, close to the lake and with easy access to shops and transportation. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the concierge who gave us great tips for sightseeing, to the friendly front desk staff. The bar had amazing drinks and the brasserie was an excellent place to dine. The hotel also had a gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa for relaxation.

The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which could be a hygiene concern when traveling with friends.

I had the most incredible experience at the Lausanne Palace! The hotel's historic charm combined with modern touches made for a truly memorable stay. The service was exceptional - from the friendly and genuine staff to the thoughtful gestures like a bottle of water and Swiss Chocolate at turndown. The concierge, Matthew, went above and beyond by recommending a once-in-a-lifetime wine festival during our boat trip on the lake. The front desk staff even arranged a complimentary subway ticket for our convenience. The bar served some of the best drinks we had on our entire trip. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

Although the room decor was a bit plain, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The only minor inconvenience was the drainage and water pressure in the shower, which could have been improved.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the spa & wellness center offers luxurious amenities, including a sauna, indoor swimming pool and massage services. the staff's service was impeccable, making our stay even more special. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun terrace and the heated swimming pool. the location is great, close to shopping, parks and the train station. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily access all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit.
