There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect, nestled in the charming village of Maloja, just a short drive or bus ride away from St Moritz. The hotel offers a wide range of services and amenities that enhanced my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. From the excellent room service to the attentive housekeeping staff, everything was top-notch. I was also impressed by the laundry service, ski pass vendor, and the warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was well-appointed with modern amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy sitting area and the beautiful terrace where I could relax and take in the stunning views. The in-room safe, dining table, and garden furniture provided added convenience and comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to my friends. The staff, especially those at the service desk, were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located in a picturesque setting, directly next to a beautiful glacial lake, offering breathtaking views. Additionally, it is conveniently situated right on the cross country slopes, providing easy access to winter activities. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and high-quality shampoo and bath products. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a pleasant stay.

The common areas of the hotel could use some improvement, as the design and furnishings seem outdated and mismatched.

The location was superb, perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and trail running. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was good. We especially appreciated the helpful and friendly receptionist who made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel also boasted great social rooms like ball hall and library/reading room which made our exploration more interesting.

It would have been nice to have more dining options as there was only one restaurant which was vegetarian. , the Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it difficult to access on the third floor.

We had a lovely stay at the Maloja Palace Residence Engadin-St Moritz Co2-Neutral. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The hotel's commitment to being CO2-neutral is commendable. we would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Maloja.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The self catering apartment upgrade was a great surprise. Excellent service and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Spectacular views and surroundings. Great for skiers. Festive decorations. Free on-site parking. Amazing cross-country trails.
