The staff at this hotel was superb; cordial, helpful, and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the river. The food in the bar was absolutely delicious, both the breakfast buffet and the ordered items. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a positive and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. the bed was especially nice and cozy. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions and public transportation.

One of the downsides was the lack of proper lighting in the bathroom. It was a bit dim and made it difficult to see clearly.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the centre and close to the airport. We were fortunate to be in a Junior suite that offered stunning views of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the restaurant added to the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location by the river that leads to Lake Geneva was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and elegant rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. this hotel provided the best service I have ever experienced.

The location was a bit off the beaten path and required a walk to get to anything. The Peruvian restaurant in the lobby was overpriced and not worth the money.
