Centrally located with a view of the mountains from the balcony, good toilet facilities, great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner/staff, assisted with train ticket printing. Conveniently close to Interlaken West train station, kind senior female receptionist, attached restaurant with Korean-friendly menu. In the midst of restaurants, near main street, laundry available at reasonable prices, clean rooms, elevator access. Elaine, the receptionist, was one of the best I have encountered in Europe. Comfortable arrival, helpful suggestions, prompt response to luggage storage, and even escorted us to the railway station. Another staff member kindly packed breakfast and juices when we were in a rush. Beautiful country made even more wonderful by the hotel's friendly staff.

We had a pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel in Interlaken. The main street, supermarket, and bus station were all within a 5-minute walk. Our triple room on the top floor was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The hosts, Maria & Benny, treated us like family and provided excellent advice for our trips. We felt right at home in the spacious room and enjoyed a peaceful sleep.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony which allowed me to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. I particularly appreciated the variety of tea available in the room, catering to different preferences. Additionally, breakfast was included in the stay and offered a selection for vegetarians.

It was a relief to find a pet-free and smoke-free environment. our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
