Good customer service, they accommodated our request for a cleaner room. Manager was friendly and funny, my daughter loved him. Comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Hot water in showers.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to all the major theme parks. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. The hotel had a great location, with plenty of nearby dining options and a McDonald's right next door. the staff was helpful and accommodating, and I observed them resolving an issue with a customer in a fair manner. the beds and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

My stay at Destiny Palms was fantastic! I was visiting Disney and needed a comfortable place to sleep. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent, exactly as advertised, and the price was unbeatable. Everything was clean and in working order, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. I was even offered a late checkout at no extra charge. The convenience of having washers and dryers on-site was a huge plus. this hotel provided the best value for the money, comfort, and convenience.

The room itself was on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities. the shower was also quite small and the carpet looked worn out.
