The bathroom lacked essentials, such as a shower cap and toiletries. During the Christmas period, the hotel lacked spirit, and no activities were organised for guests.

I had an amazing value for my money at Own. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and the Rambla. The staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly.

My room was sunny and bright, with a modern bathroom and a great view. the daily clean service provided new soap, towels, and bedding if needed. the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of good quality pastries, cereals, and the option of freshly cooked eggs made to order. the location is in a very affluent neighborhood, close to restaurants and a mall, with the beachfront promenade nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
