We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and service-driven, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and had good amenities. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was a privilege, making transportation to the airport and city center convenient. The hotel also had a Japanese restaurant that was excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious meal there. Additionally, the location was amazing, just 5 minutes from the airport and not too far from the city center. The staff were helpful and the hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport every 25 minutes. We were also pleased to find a large grocery store nearby where we could purchase Swiss chocolate for souvenirs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to both the seminar venue and the tram station. The tram was very easy to use and took us to the city center in no time. We also appreciated the convenience of having a large mall nearby, with a supermarket, money changer, and various restaurants to choose from. The room and toilet were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The free airport shuttle was a great bonus, and we liked the special countdown clock that showed the next shuttle time. The hotel staff were pleasant and the check-in process was quick, thanks to the innovative use of scanning our "reservation boarding pass" to automatically provide us with the room key. it was a fabulous experience.

From the moment we checked in, Angela and Zack at the reception provided excellent customer care and made us feel at ease. They even allowed our family to stay in the original room while we considered upgrading. the check-in process was efficient and the staff were always eager to assist. Mr Sateh, the guest service manager, went above and beyond by suggesting fantastic activities for our two-day stay in Geneva, as well as recommending great restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel's airport location and shuttle service were convenient, and it was a short walk to the free metro into the city.

The location near the shopping center and the ice skating rink was perfect for getting into the holiday spirit. Plus, the view of the snow-covered city from my room was breathtaking.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the room lacked basic amenities like enough towels and toiletries. I also noticed that the heating wasn't working properly, which made it difficult to stay warm during the chilly nights.
