We got amazing value for our money at The Pearl Hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and safe. The hotel staff treated us like VIPs and even provided free drink vouchers for our birthday celebration. The location was convenient, within walking distance to great restaurants and bars.

More breakfast choices would have made our stay even better.

We absolutely loved the vibe of this cute boutique hotel. The staff made us feel wonderful as guests, and even went above and beyond by cleaning the pool when we wanted to swim. The MCM vibe in our room with live plants, a cute sofa, and tree stump end tables was amazing. The location was perfect, close to Shelter Island, and we even got to use the cruiser bikes. The toiletries in the bathroom were great, and we enjoyed the morning coffee at the restaurant. Plenty of food options nearby, including Winchell's and an In-N-Out. The comfortable beds, fun bar area, and proximity to Liberty Station and downtown were also huge pluses. The staff was friendly, helpful, and funny, especially TJ the bartender. the hotel had a welcoming and fun atmosphere that we truly enjoyed.

The noise from the freeway can be quite loud and disturbing, especially for light sleepers.

We enjoyed the stylish and functional room, with its MCM vibe and cute sofa and end tables made from tree stumps. the included toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, and we loved having Felix the Chinese fighting fish in the room. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to Shelter Island and plenty of nearby coffee shops and eateries within walking distance.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the walls were paper thin, and we could hear every step from the people upstairs.

We loved being close to the airport and having amazing restaurants nearby. The service from the housekeeping staff was great. The welcome drink was a nice touch and happy hour in the bar was amazing. The room amenities were comfortable and we enjoyed the seating area on the patio. The pool was great for leisure and relaxing.

For the value, we got an amazing hotel experience at The Pearl. The room design was unique and clean, and the location was perfect for walking to the water and nearby food and coffee spots. The staff treated us like stars, with personalized texts on the day of our stay and great recommendations for things to do in the area. Plus, the free bike rentals and strong wifi were a nice bonus.

The room was small and had a low bed, which could be uncomfortable for some. the bathroom had a missing patch of lining, which was a disappointment.
