We had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the train line to the peak and the bus station for the ski area. The service is outstanding, with friendly bell staff and housekeeping always on hand. The shuttle service was a great added bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities, including an iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities, and mini-bar. The spa and wellness center was top-notch with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. We also loved the sun terrace and heated swimming pool. The staff were attentive and helpful in advising us on local activities.

Fantastic spa facilities to enjoy after a day out. Quality and choice of food at breakfast and dinner was first class. Lots of personal touches, like a welcome drink and afternoon teas. The hotel manager went out of his way to ensure all was well. A memorable stay in a first-class hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature enthusiasts. It's super close to the ski lifts, allowing us to easily hit the slopes and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, satisfying all tastes. After a long day on the slopes, it's lovely to unwind in the hotel's facilities, like the bar or spa.

The menu at the brassiere was a bit disappointing, lacking the finesse, flavor, and variety we were expecting based on previous experiences.

We were absolutely blown away by the stunning view from our room at Beausite. The Matterhorn looked majestic against the backdrop of the village. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was just right - not too close to the center, but still convenient. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that it was well-kept and clean. we had a memorable and relaxing stay.

The rooms were spacious, elegant and comfortable. The view of Matterhorn was unbeatable. The staff went above and beyond. Excellent restaurant and breakfast.

Had a great New Year's stay. They gave us a free bottle of champagne and chocolates when we arrived, nice touch! the hotel was located within walking distance of most restaurants and shops, which was handy. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Our room was near the stairs and was quite loud at night with guests coming back to their rooms.

Great location, superb view of Matterhorn. Very professional, friendly and available staff. Stylish lobby and bar. Excellent food at The Grill restaurant. Nice pool and wellness area.
