We had a fantastic stay at a charming chalet in a bustling town. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and other attractions. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our room. The cozy interior with lots of wood gave a warm and inviting atmosphere. The complimentary shuttle for luggage pick-up was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant were delicious, with a wide range of choices. The spa area was a great addition, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the beautiful surroundings.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the sunnega funicular and ski lifts, making it convenient for outdoor activities. I had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and their friendliness was exceptional. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant served delicious food, and I highly recommend the king prawns. The location of this hotel is central and convenient, with easy access to the train station and other attractions. I especially loved that it was so close to the sunnega funicular, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The spa area is a definite plus, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of hiking. The stunning view of the Matterhorn is an added bonus. The interior of the room, with its wooden accents, exuded charm and warmth.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel room had a fantastic view from the balcony, which made my morning coffee even better. the staffs are really helpful and polite which is always a plus point. the location of the hotel was superb, it was close to the main road and other main attractions. the shuttle service was really helpful for carrying the luggage.

I wish the breakfast had more options to choose from. the lighting system in the room was quite confusing to operate and the hotel could have made it more user-friendly.
