The decor of the room was excellent and there was a nice clock that made it easy to see the time at night. the complimentary toiletries and tissues added a nice touch. the WiFi was better than most and there was no buffering while FaceTiming. the staff was very friendly and efficient.

There was a chemical smell in the bathroom and the newly laid carpet. the mattress was quite hard.
