where do I begin? the rooms are only cleaned every three days, which is unbelievable. On top of that, noone even cared to vacuum our muddy floors after it rained. I thought I might at least get a complimentary drink for such inconveniences, but I guess they save that for someone else. truly disappointing.

Consider enjoying the stunning views from the rooftop terrace. it's a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Also, check for complimentary public transport tickets!

My stay at Prize By Radisson was disappointing. The A/C struggled to cool the room adequately, leading to uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like a minibar and kettle made my stay less enjoyable. I also encountered long queues at reception due to understaffing, which was frustrating, especially when I needed assistance. The cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, with stains visible in the hallways.

The rooftop bar offered excellent panoramic views that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
