The location of the hotel was excellent, with multiple tram stops right in front of the hotel and a short walk to the train station. This made it easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the zoo and old town. Additionally, the hotel offered the Basel Card for free, which allowed me to enjoy discounted tickets for museums and public transport.

One of the downsides of my stay was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. the glass door offered little to no privacy, which could be uncomfortable for guests staying with others or with children.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient location, very close to the city center and the train station. The Christmas markets are also just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious and modern with great soundproofing, and the bathrooms have a good shower with separate toilets. The free tram and bus card provided helped us get around the city with ease.

The glass see-through door to the bathroom/toilet and the dirty pillows made our stay less enjoyable.
