We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being in the center of the city and close to the main skiing areas. The views from our windows were amazing, overlooking the mountains and waterfalls. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. This hotel in the center of the village exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the well-appointed rooms with a sofa bed and a great view of the mountains to the delicious breakfast with a variety of food options, everything was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff, who were friendly and helpful, made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right near a very old church, added to the charm of the wonderful area.

The hotel restaurant served a delicious 4-course menu with new options daily, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The cozy room was well-furnished, with romantic touches like a curtain above the bed and beautiful reproductions on the walls. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The free wireless internet was a bonus, and breakfast and dinner were both outstanding. While there were a few minor issues with cleanliness initially, the staff quickly rectified them and were very apologetic. The spa, although not perfect, had everything needed including saunas, a steam room, and jacuzzi pools. I highly recommend this hotel, as it exceeded my expectations and provided a very good experience.

We spent a great Easter break in a charming hotel. the location was perfect, close to several nice restaurants and the ski school. the hotel offered a easy and quick ski storage that was very convenient. We also enjoyed the complimentary wellness center where we could relax after a long day skiing. the breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of food to choose from.

The room was a bit small, but that was not a big issue considering the short time we spent there. the spa area required a fee for a bottle of water, which we found disappointing.
