Located right in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, this hotel is within walking distance to the city's major attractions, such as the night market and the famous church. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom, and the staff were friendly and attentive, providing local knowledge and storing luggage. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with many choices, and numerous restaurants, shopping, and spas nearby make it a very convenient location.

The hotel does not offer any views of the city or a pool.

Staying here was an amazing experience! This place is located within walking distance to many tourist attractions, right in the centre of the old town district, making it very convenient to explore the area. The service was excellent with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The airport shuttle was very convenient and a great feature of this hotel. The room was more than comfortable, having ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, separate tub and shower and other amenities that surpassed my expectations. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offer a great selection of food choices. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating to my needs.

I definitely recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion and was impressed by their provision of amenities available on request, including irons/ironing boards. The staff were accommodating and promptly provided the iron when I needed it during my stay, ensuring I looked professional for my work event.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have access to these services for preparing last-minute documents for my meeting.

The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable. The staff was always ready to offer assistance, and the spacious elevators made it easy for us seniors to move around comfortably.

I would only ask for better vacation options for senior people, such as more organized and gentle sightseeing tours, especially for those of us who might need a bit of extra care. The children of the staff were lovely and helpful, but I believe tailored activities for seniors would make the vacation even more delightful for older guests.
