As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable rates and excellent value for money. The hotel's convenient location near a shopping mall and popular attractions made exploring Dubai easy and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The staff, especially Mary and Naveed, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch, which was a big plus for us. The room's large windows allowed ample natural light to brighten up the space, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it's right. within the mall and close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The welcoming. staff were always ready to assist us in organizing shuttles to other places and. taxi services, making our lives so much easier. The car hire and airport shuttle. services were also great, adding to the convenience. With excellent housekeeping. and 24-hour room service, it was clear that this hotel takes quality service very. seriously.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the room itself was comfortable and clean. We had some issues with the air conditioning but the staff were quick to respond and fix it. The pool area was also a lovely spot to relax. we enjoyed our stay at Aloft and would recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at Aloft. The hotel staff, especially Awais, was incredibly kind and respectful. The ladies at the reception were also very friendly. The room was cozy and comfortable, with daily sheet changes and thorough cleaning. I loved the efficient layout of the bathroom and the added convenience of a focusing mirror and JBL speaker. Plus, the hotel's connection to the Deira City Center Mall was spectacular. a great hotel with exceptional hospitality and a convenient location.

I recently stayed at Aloft for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location is amazing, with direct access to City Center Mall from the 2nd floor. There are plenty of dining and shopping options available there. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a refreshing smell. The cleaners and swimming pool staff also did a great job. I had a great stay at Aloft.

Convenient location attached to a mall with an outdoor cinema, metro station nearby. Clean rooms with great views from higher floors. Helpful and friendly staff, accommodating requests and allowing later check-out. Varied and delicious breakfast options. Modern and generous hotel.

This hotel stands out with a great location that is adjacent to a mall and close to the metro station, which makes it easy to explore Dubai. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and soundproofed, room service team is fantastic, and breakfast is excellent and has a huge variety.

The linen used in the hotel appears to be run down and has holes in them.

The location was perfect, being centrally located and easily accessible. We were able to reach the city center for shopping with ease. the ladies at the reception, particularly kevine and Shayne, were incredibly welcoming and made our check-in process a breeze. They provided excellent service and made our stay truly memorable. the hotel itself was great, with superb rooms and a wonderful pool with a view of the creek. being located inside a mall made dining and shopping very convenient. a fantastic experience!

Had a great Christmas stay! Complementary breakfast and parking were nice details. Location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the airport and with direct access to a big mall. the view from the room was amazing and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, which was reasonably priced.

Early check-in was not provided despite prior request, and the staff at check-in lacked enthusiasm and warmth. the room had a bad smell, despite being designated as smoke-free, and noise from guests standing in the corridor was bothersome.

The hotel is conveniently located in a downtown area with great views over the city. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Dubai Creek and the Golf Club from their rooms. The central location makes it easy to access nearby attractions and book tours, with pick up and drop off services available.

Taxis can sometimes be hard to find in the area.

Complimentary drinking water was provided daily. The hotel also offers helpful facilities such as a desk for tour arrangements and PCR testing.

There were inconsistencies with the supply replacements for tea bags, sugar, and coffee in the room.

The room at Aloft Dubai Creek was super comfy with a dreamy signature bed, a walk-in shower, and cool custom amenities. The LED Smart TV had all the channels I needed for some good downtime. As a budget traveler, this room was a real treat!

I found the bathroom a bit tight, but others may feel differently.
