The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the train station and in the heart of the Old Town. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent lighting in the luxurious bathroom. The staff, especially Martina the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience during our day trips. The Swiss chocolates left in our room every night were a delightful touch. Despite the heat wave, the air conditioning kept us cool. The only minor drawback was the unconventional lighting controls in the room, but it didn't dampen our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms. I would definitely choose Schweizerhof Bern & Spa again for my next visit to Bern.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the train station and close to public transportation. the room was beautifully furnished with luxurious touches. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room.

Convenient location and friendly service made for a great stay. the room was well-appointed, with complimentary drinks in the mini-bar and a luxurious bathroom. the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for drinks and taking in the city views.

There was no AC in the room, which made sleeping difficult on hot nights. We were told we could request a fan, but didn't want to disturb staff in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Schweizerhof Bern. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were stylish and modern, with a spacious bathroom and a luxurious rainhead shower. We loved the rooftop bar with its stunning city views and enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the bistro. The hotel even provided waterproof bags for a unique swimming experience in the river. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Schweizerhof and Spa in Bern for a sightseeing trip. The location was perfect, right in front of the central station. The staff provided a personal touch, helping us plan our day in detail and even giving my son access to the spa. The room had a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The in-room coffee machine was a nice touch and the breakfast at the brasserie was delicious. the service experience was memorable and I would definitely return. Thanks to the team at Schweizerhof!

the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the room advantages include a fully stocked mini-bar, great soundproofing, comfortable bedding and a fantastic pillow menu. the restaurant was divine with special diet menus available. the Spa & wellness centre was a complete oasis. the range of massages, facials, sauna and pedicure treatments available was extremely impressive.

The only minor issue we found was that the treatment room was not as spacious as we would have liked. the beauty treatment we had there was still excellent.

The Front Office team provided amazing service, even giving us a birthday gift. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the spa is fantastic. The staff at reception and in the spa were extremely friendly and gave us a free upgrade. The room was spacious with a modern and elegant style. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the cocktails were exquisite. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were really helpful. one of the top 5 hotels we've ever stayed at.

I had a fantastic stay in the heart of the Historic Center. The spacious room had all the necessary amenities and a great selection of languages on the TV. The hotel's location across from the Train Station was convenient, especially with the valet services offered. The WiFi was excellent, and the breakfast, although not free, was worth the price. The staff, from Katarina Abebe at breakfast to Brigitte Bernold in the spa, were friendly and attentive. This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting this city for business or leisure.
