We had a lovely stay at a hotel in the centre of the city with a great view of the castle from our room. the room was spotlessly clean and had a nice big bathroom with a separate bath and shower. the staff, including a helpful concierge named Pedro, were all polite and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool tub were a nice bonus. a great location and a comfortable stay.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. It's close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. We also found it convenient for attending the Eisteddfod at the nearby bay. The breakfast selection was good, and the staff were generally pleasant.
