We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, the old city, and the lake. The staff, especially manager Luana, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings could be improved.

I had a truly remarkable experience at the hotel. The manager, Davissen Kurmayya, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for exploring Zurich. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from Lake Zurich and the train system. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always helpful. I had a lovely personal experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved the spacious room and the well-thought-out design features, such as the hidden shower room door and the convenient electrical heater. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and attractions like the lake and the opera. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Couldn't stay longer.

The room was well placed, quiet, and well equipped. The bed and pillows were super-comfortable, and the room was a good size. The staff, especially Mr. Amaru Gatter, was very helpful and patient, even with guests who couldn't speak English well. Mr. Amaru went above and beyond to solve my problem with the car rental office. He is a model for reception staff.

Annoying inconvenience of having to pay extra for WiFi, especially for business travelers. the traditional radiator heating system resulted in some rooms being too cold when the radiator was enclosed by curtains.

We contacted the hotel prior to arrival for our anniversary, and the front office supervisor, Alessio, made it so special with a welcome card, Prosecco, chocolates. The location is superb, close to the lake and a short walk to Zurich station. Our room was spacious with a large balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks. we had a very special and excellent stay, and we will definitely return.
