I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from everything. It was close to the city center of Zurich, and there was a beautiful walking/running path along the shoreline of Lake Zurich just a block away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, with Enge Railway Station just a short walk away, making it convenient for airport transfers. The old city and the zoo were also within walking distance. I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the city center but still in a quiet area. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food, and the staff were very kind. The hotel had a nice vibe, and the TV offered a wide range of channels in different languages. The wifi was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, there were many free computers with printers available.

The room was well placed, quiet, and well equipped. The bed and pillows were super-comfortable, and the room was a good size. The staff, especially Mr. Amaru Gatter, was very helpful and patient, even with guests who couldn't speak English well. Mr. Amaru went above and beyond to solve my problem with the car rental office. He is a model for reception staff.

Annoying inconvenience of having to pay extra for WiFi, especially for business travelers. the traditional radiator heating system resulted in some rooms being too cold when the radiator was enclosed by curtains.

We contacted the hotel prior to arrival for our anniversary, and the front office supervisor, Alessio, made it so special with a welcome card, Prosecco, chocolates. The location is superb, close to the lake and a short walk to Zurich station. Our room was spacious with a large balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks. we had a very special and excellent stay, and we will definitely return.

The location was perfect, near shops, restaurants, lake, trams, etc. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the bottle of prosecco and chocolates for our anniversary.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, who provided great recommendations and made my solo travel experience smooth. the included breakfast was a nice touch and the attentive staff ensured that I had everything I needed. the comfortable bed and convenient cube with multiple plugs for charging devices were great features of the room. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, being situated downtown and close to the lake and other major hotels.

One downside of the hotel was the limited elevator capacity, with only one small elevator servicing all five floors. Another issue I encountered was the small size of the single room beds, which were more suitable for children than adults.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to assist guests. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.

Limited Restaurant Options. The hotel's restaurant options for breakfast and lunch were quite limited, so we ended up going for short walks to find other dining options.
