With its prime location just next to the railway station and cable car stations, this hotel is a great choice for bike riders. It's conveniently located right across from the railway station but surprisingly not noisy at all. The room offers stunning views of the Silberhorn and Jungfrau, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff provides friendly service, and the breakfast spread is superb with a wide variety of options. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a ski room with boot heaters.

The hotel could improve on its luggage storage facilities. Currently, bags are stored in an open area right next to the reception area, without being locked away or properly organized.

Additionally, the stunning view of the mountains and valley from both our room and the wellness center was simply breathtaking. It was truly a treat to relax in the spa after a long day of hiking in the mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort and quality of our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options and the attentive staff ensured that our needs were met.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The room was comfortable with a great view from the terrace. I appreciated that the minibar was at request only, avoiding any annoying noises. The breakfast was good and the restaurant and spa were enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

On the negative side, the hotel's location next to the railway station meant that it could be quite noisy at times. We also found it uncomfortable passing by the entrance of a nightclub located near the hotel lobby, which was not ideal for a family-friendly atmosphere.

Such a shame that I can't wear a mask in the restaurant, bar, and spa area, but at least I can fully enjoy the view at the rotating panorama restaurant.
