The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Juneau, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities in the area. It is close to shops, restaurants, the bus station, and even a tourist tram. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds and bedding. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The lobby is modern and gorgeous, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

It would be better if the hotel had a pool or hot tub for guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I had a great stay at a surprisingly well-located hotel in Juneau. The view of the water from my room was stunning and being within walking distance of downtown was so convenient. The room itself looked like it had been recently renovated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also had a fantastic experience with the airport shuttle driver, who was friendly and helpful throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Juneau. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fabulous view of the water. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities like a complimentary bottle of water provided. The location was excellent, right in the downtown area and close to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious as well.

The service at the hotel was excellent! the front desk manager was warm, friendly, and efficient. She even merged my separate reservations without me needing to ask. the staff were all helpful and friendly. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was great that there was a fan already going when I arrived, especially since it was a hot day. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as I could walk to everything I needed.

The front desk seemed understaffed, especially when there were large tour groups checking in at once. It would be nice to have more staff present to expedite the check-in process.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was close to downtown and we could easily see the harbor activity without being in the crowd. We enjoyed watching the cruise liners arrive and leave in the early morning fog. Our grandsons also had a great time at the hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional, especially Robert in the restaurant. The inside bar and grill offered great food and drinks. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was good and the rooms were quite spacious. We also appreciated the free parking and the hotel's proximity to everything we wanted to see in this city.

Our stay at the Four Points hotel was fantastic! We were in Juneau for a leisure trip and stayed for four nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and with free parking. Even though we didn't have an oceanfront view, the mountain view was still stunning. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one was definitely the best in terms of price and quality. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or staying for a longer period.

Our New Year's stay was made better by two complementary drinks, and a great location close to downtown and the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a gym available, although it was quite small.

The loud noise from the nearby road construction made getting a good night's sleep impossible - even with the windows closed. the noise and poor service ruined our stay and we would not recommend this hotel.
