Everything is what i need and want.

The room was spacious and comfortable with stunning lake views from our balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and ski room, were impressive. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the slopes. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful rooms with stunning views and the attentive and friendly staff. the piano bar was a great place to relax, and the facilities for kids were a plus. Another advantage was the ski facilities, which included private beginner slopes and 5-star lockers with a fireplace. the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to everything I wanted to do.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. I asked for a large bed but ended up with two single beds assembled together, which was not comfortable.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including a mouthwatering bakery selection. The facilities, such as the spa and ski lockers, are well organized and convenient.

The service in the restaurant can be a bit inconsistent at times, with food arriving at different times or being cold after a long wait.

The weekend at this hotel was absolutely amazing. the first thing that stood out to me was the incredible spa area. the hot tub situated on the snow was a unique and unforgettable experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was in a key location, allowing easy access to the nearby attractions and activities. Lastly, one advantage that I enjoyed was the exceptional service provided by the concierge, front office, and housekeeping staff. They were helpful, attentive, and ensured that all of my needs were met throughout my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. I found that the restaurants were not up to par, especially in terms of service.
