We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop swimming pool, which provided a refreshing break from the hot weather. The location was perfect for our temple tours, as it was close to the center and offered easy access to transportation options. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

During our New Year's stay, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the rooftop pool which offered a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views while sipping our drinks. the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious with a reasonable variety of local fruits and dishes to choose from. We appreciated the complimentary glasses of water provided while waiting for our departure moment.

The pillows were somewhat high and bumpy for us resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. It would be great if they could offer a variety of pillows to cater to different sleeping preferences.

Stayed at a great hotel with a fabulous rooftop infinity swimming pool and bar. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and a short walk to the bridge for more options. the hotel reception staff, especially Nita, were friendly and accommodating. the free tuk-tuk pick-up at the airport was a nice touch. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the breakfast, although disappointing in terms of Asian options, had good coffee and fruit.
