I recently stayed at the W hotel in Verbier for a skiing trip and it was fantastic. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious with great attention to detail, and the high-end finish was impressive. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a lift pass was included for a day. The hotel's location right next to the main lift station was incredibly convenient, and the public transport system made getting around a breeze. The hotel also had excellent facilities, like a ski storage room, a spa, and a 24-hour gym. a contemporary luxury hotel with plenty of little details that made my stay memorable.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated just a short walk from the main ski lifts and within easy reach of the city center. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking, offering beautiful alpine scenery. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, always attentive and with a personal touch.

Some of the views from the hotel's key areas were blocked by nearby building construction. This was especially noticeable in the restaurant and lounge areas, where the potential for enjoying the surrounding countryside was wasted.

Loved the cozy fireplace in the room and the funky, modern design. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and the ski lifts just 1.5 minutes away. The hotel had excellent services for ski rental, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes. The staff, especially the hotel manager Georgio Valle, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They promptly addressed any issues we had and even offered us an upgrade. a fantastic experience!

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast options were somewhat limited for a 5-star hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Verbier. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm and attentive experience. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary day's lift pass, which was a fantastic bonus.

The hotel served an amazing breakfast with a good variety, perfect for couples. The location was superb, right opposite the main cable car, allowing for easy access to skiing. The staff were helpful throughout the hotel, particularly in the ski room, where they assisted with getting ready and storing equipment. The spacious spa was a treat after a day on the slopes, with large saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, and a relaxing pool.

Worst part was the constant boom boom music playing in all the common areas, including the elevators. The rooms, unless you get a suite, were small.

The included day lift pass was a pleasant surprise. The excellent public transportation made it easy to access the hotel without a car. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and helpful staff made my stay truly exceptional.
