The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the train station. It made it really easy to explore the city and get around. the rooms were also quite comfortable and clean, and the bed was really cozy. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service during our stay.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. First, the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to connect and use.

My room was well-equipped with plenty of amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The restaurant served delicious foods, and staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. I had a fantastic experience here.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute stroll from the old town. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The WC was also very nice. We also want to give a special mention to Rebecca in the brasserie downstairs who was so lovely and helpful. The staff in general were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located, just 1 minute from the train station and 2 minutes from the bus station. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

In terms of improvement, the staff may benefit from more training to better understand non-Swiss cultures. However, this hotel is still highly recommended to all.
