The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the train station. It made it really easy to explore the city and get around. The rooms were also quite comfortable and clean, and the bed was really cozy. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service during our stay.

First, the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to connect and use. Secondly, the interior of the hotel felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, right opposite the central station in a vibrant town. The room was large and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a top-notch shower featuring high-quality products. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with a car problem, arranging an appointment with a local garage and even providing translation services. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide selection of food in a lovely dining area.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute stroll from the old town. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The WC was also very nice. We also want to give a special mention to Rebecca in the brasserie downstairs who was so lovely and helpful. The staff in general were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located, just 1 minute from the train station and 2 minutes from the bus station. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

In terms of improvement, the staff may benefit from more training to better understand non-Swiss cultures. However, this hotel is still highly recommended to all.
