The value for money at Nest was great, considering the beautiful ocean view room and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation, away from the main hustle and bustle of the area. The staff treated us with incredible kindness and made us feel valued throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at NEST for a relaxing getaway. The tower room was stunning and had all the amenities I needed - comfortable bed, hot shower, and two balconies. The hotel is located in a peaceful area of the beach, away from the party zone, but still close to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Despite being located in the jungle, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The concierge recommended a tour with Primitive Expeditions, and our guide Alina was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience memorable. The staff at Nest Tulum were professional and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I even treated myself to a couples massage on the tower rooms, which provided a stunning view of the ocean and jungle. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway.

It was helpful to walk on these paths to avoid getting sand everywhere. The beach was just a short walk down, offering a stunning view of the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were free bikes available for guests to explore the area.

There was no karaoke or casino available at the hotel.

The hotel had a great beach area with comfortable day beds and prompt service. the breakfast menu was diverse and offered delicious and healthy options like avocado toast and French toast. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and eateries. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The service at times was delayed, and some of the waiters were unfriendly. This detracted from the overall experience.

The beautiful boutique hotel's design was a winner for me. I enjoyed the exclusive breakfast with delicious coffee. the bellboy deserves a separate mention for his always-smiling and friendly demeanor.

I had booked the hotel for a romantic escape but found loud music coming from the neighboring hotel and the absence of a proper ceiling made it difficult to relax. We paid a high price for the room, but the sound of wind and seaweed on the beach, as well as the accumulated seaweed on the shore and in the water, affected our time there negatively.
