Located in the Lake Thun area, this hotel offers a serene and tranquil environment, far away from busy attractions. The pretty garden provides a peaceful retreat, where guests can relax and be in contact with nature. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, with luxurious amenities such as steam showers and Jacuzzis on the balconies. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The panoramic view of the lake and mountains is breathtaking.

My partner and I stayed over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the fireworks display over the stunning scenery. the staff were helpful and friendly, and we were pleased with the decent sized room and comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the fact that we were given access to the spa facilities as part of the package, and the view from the outdoor pool was incredible. the hotel was located close to several popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, making it almost impossible to use the internet. We also found the food to be overpriced for what it was, and the selection at breakfast was limited.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, with delicious options for both dinner and breakfast. The spa facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful salt pool and relaxing gardens. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was also appreciated. We can't wait to return!
