We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the dining experience was truly exceptional. We were especially impressed with the personal care the Chef put into each dish. The location by Lake Thun was perfect, with easy access to public transport and helpful staff to guide us around. The hotel even organized fun activities for guests like hiking and board rides on the lake. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

My partner and I stayed over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the fireworks display over the stunning scenery. the staff were helpful and friendly, and we were pleased with the decent sized room and comfortable bed. We especially appreciated the fact that we were given access to the spa facilities as part of the package, and the view from the outdoor pool was incredible. the hotel was located close to several popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable, making it almost impossible to use the internet. We also found the food to be overpriced for what it was, and the selection at breakfast was limited.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, with delicious options for both dinner and breakfast. The spa facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful salt pool and relaxing gardens. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was also appreciated. We can't wait to return!
