Our recent city break hotel offered an amazing private hot spring bath in the room, which truly made our stay memorable. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and restaurants.

While the staff was accommodating, the canteen-like restaurant was a bit disappointing. the semi-buffet dinner lacked variety and the staff was not particularly attentive.

Excellent staff, always helpful, went above and beyond. Room stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Gorgeous Japanese-style room, clean and well-equipped. Private hot spring tub was a highlight. Convenient location near hotspring museum.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the staff. the private hot spring bath in the room was luxurious and spacious, indulging our senses with soothing hot spring waters while admiring the magnificent view of the lush greenery. the room was beautifully designed with contemporary furnishings and ultra-comfy beddings, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Spa facilities were outstanding, providing a range of exclusive amenities to pamper oneself. The fine dining experience was impeccable with fantastic fusion cuisine. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the limited vending machines for alternative snacks/midnight cravings.

The hotel is located in a tourist area, making it convenient for Westerners to explore nearby attractions. Guests can easily hop in a taxi and head to KFC for a quick bite. The rooms are spacious and come with a private onsen, allowing guests to relax and unwind in their own hot spring bath. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and comfortable experience for young families.
