We had a fantastic stay at Citizen! the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful, especially Victor, May, and Vita. They were very accommodating and warm, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfast each day was excellent, with a great mix of Western and local dishes. the bed in our room was super comfy, and the AC worked perfectly. We also enjoyed watching movies on HBO and Cinemax in the evenings. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to bus stops, MRT, and taxis. We felt safe and peaceful, with plenty of shops nearby.

Had a great time during Christmas season! Loved the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants around. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the nearby holiday market.

Despite some minor soundproofing issues, the hotel was generally quiet and provided several other facilities like a washing machine, dryer, and lift landing on all floors.

The staff at Citizen Hotel were extremely welcoming, always standing up to greet me whenever I walked into the lobby. Even though I arrived 5 hours before the check-in time, they allowed me to drop off my luggage in the hotel lobby and assured me that my room would be ready when I returned. the room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I especially appreciated the automated flush toilet. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city. the coffee served in the restaurant was also delicious.

Citizen Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the rooms were impeccably clean and the pillows and mattresses were so comfortable. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of Taiwanese dishes, breads, and fresh fruits to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, with a morning market and Dongmen subway station nearby. I want to give a special shout out to the kind man I met in front of the hotel who offered us a ride and dropped us off at the Taipei mail station. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
